THE ART OF TRAINING SCHEDULE

REQUIRED TRAINING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES:

  • All BOH positions: Orientation

  • Host/Busser/Runner: Orientation, Hosting, Bussing, Food Running

  • Server/Cocktail/Bartender/Barback: Orientation, Hosting, Bussing, Food Running, Service, Bar/Spirits, Wine (all classes)

New employees: In order to graduate from training and be placed on a regular schedule, you must complete all required classes and be certified by a manager. 

Re-training: Upon notice from management, you have up to two weeks to schedule and complete required re-training course(s) or you will be suspended from work.
